Questions About Your Purchase

Downloads:  For any questions concerning your download purchases, you can contact us directly at support@filmfresh.com, or if you prefer, you can visit our online Support section.

DVDs:  You may return any new and unopened DVDs purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Preferably, items should be returned in their original packaging. If you are returning something because of an error on our part, we will also pay the return postage.  For returns, or for any other questions about DVD purchases, please email us directly at support@filmfresh.com.
