Oscar-winner Humphry Bogart (CASABLANCA, THE AFRICAN QUEEN) plays Roy 'Mad Dog' Earle, an escaped convict who is on the run. With police and the press on his trail, Earle takes refugee among the peaks of the Sierra Madres. This is Bogart's first starring role.
