Based on the novel by Theodore Pratt, this quaint little fantasy leads the viewer on a deep sea adventure. A bespectacled bookkeeper (Knotts) loves his pet fish so much that he longs to be one. The simple life of Henry the fish however, proves more exciting than mundane as he helps the US Navy defeat the Nazis during World War II.
