Synopsis:
The AIDS epidemic is seen through a global lens in Thom Fitzgerald's 3 NEEDLES, which brings together three stories on the topic. In China, a black market blood smuggler (Lucy Liu) infects an entire village. In Montreal, a porn star fakes his required blood tests, with disastrous results. In South Africa, three nuns (Olympia Dukakis, Sandra Oh and Chloe Sevigny) try to treat sick villagers.
