To escape the doldrums of small-town life, Frank (Lee) and Eddie (Glover) hatch one harebrained idea after another. Saving the best for last, they decide to  partner with a wealthy dead woman (Keller) in a blackmail scheme that, if successful, will net them enough to pay off their previous partner in crime& the one who wants them dead!
