Kevin Costner plays John James, a single father who moves to a house in the country with his two children following a painful divorce. Soon after, the household becomes plagued by disturbing events while his adolescent daughter (Ivana Baquero of PAN'S LABYRINTH) acts more and more strangely as the days go by. With the turn of events, John begins to suspect that a mysterious mound at the edge of a forest may have something to do with her ominous behavior.
