Polanski plans to continue working on his latest movie, GHOST, from jail. Robert Harris, who wrote the best-selling novel that Polanski adapted for his film, said to the Times, "We will test to the upper limits the notion that there's no such thing as bad publicity" (read more).
The juice company Dole is no longer suing the makers of the controversial documentary BANANAS!. In the film, Nicaraguan workers say that they were made sterile by a pesticide used at a Dole plantation – apparently, they were actually recruited by a lawyer to lie (read more).
