We try hard to give you the best movie experience possible. However, the speed of your Internet connection, the quality of your computer, the kind of browser you are using -- all these things affect the quality of your film.
We offer you two ways to see your films: download and streaming. Downloading the film (in Windows Media format) allows you to watch your movie offline -- without being connected to the Internet. Streaming is... well... streaming, from our server to your device. You have to be connected to the Internet to stream your movies. Folks on the Windows operating system can choose between these two options. Customers using Macintosh or Android operating systems must stream their movies -- no download option is available.
We’ve created a brief list of the minimum requirements you need for a positive experience with our service. You can use our service with less than these requirements; you might not have as much fun, and we don't really recommend it, but you're an independent type, and you're going to do what you want to do, right?
(PS: We recognize that lists like this are a bit of a geek-fest. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.)
